Still painting the Arctic Adventures office. This looks kinda evil, but yeah.

May I introduce you to my gorgeous partner in crime. Charlotte. She is one of my favourite
humans here in Iceland. We work together at Arctic Adventures and recently also sharing
the apartment together – more or less. :-) She is just one of those people I connected
immediately. If you wanna know a little bit more about her – go over to Arctic Adventure
and read the blogpost I made about her. Love you, girl!

The second day was sunny again, what's not that normal or common in Iceland during this
time or even any time! We left the hut and started our walk to Thorsmörk. We passed a 3 year
old lava field, which was still warm! It's really amazing to see glaciers and volcanos/lava
fields that close together. After two hours or maybe a bit more, we entered the valley of
Thorsmörk aka Dinosaur Valley. It's pretty impressive and I just couldn't stop looking around!
Beautiful, beautiful Iceland... Don't wanna leave you EVER!

Our first day of the little hiking trip started at Skógar and ended half way to Thorsmörk
at little hut. I didn't count the waterfalls on the way there, but every single one was just
amazing. I felt like a hobbit while walking through this amazing landscape. We took it
really easy and stopped when ever we wanted to take photos and that was pretty often.
When we arrived at the little hut, we all were totally happy to put our hiking boots off
and just relax inside, without being squeezed in a little tent. Which is no fun by the way
when there are two nearly 2 m high swedish boys with you. :-)

We started our trip with a little visit to the Solheimajökull glavier. It was my third time, but still
pretty nice, since we had just amazing weather! Sunshine makes the glacier glittering!
And our lovely guide, my roommate Gunilla pointed out some really interesting spots and
stories! At the end of the day we camped at the bottom of the Sógarfoss waterfall. We even
saw a rainbow during the night, how amazing it that? I didn't know that this can happen!
